Breeding Contract:
As using this stud/brood to sire/throw said foal, I agree to the following:
Foal must remain active on the show circuits or in breeding shed (for speed-aged foals).
Shan gets first refusals on foal upon desire to sell/retire said foal.
If said foal goes inactive for over 30 days, Shan reserves rights to reclaim within 30 days of stated warning on reclaim board.
